how to use -p option with epmautomate encrypt

When trying to encrypt refresh token using the following format

epmautomate encrypt REFRESH_TOKEN ENCRYPTION_KEY PASSWORD_FILE ClientID=CLIENT_ID

I am getting the below warning. I don't see any syntax or sample available to use the -p option

WARNING: Clear-text password parameter is specified on the command line. Oracle recommends specifying sensitive parameters in a file and using -p option.
