Wanted to configure dynamic SMS template which sales user can update

Looking for ideas to configure dynamic SMS template(which will have dynamic variable and sales user can update that) based on same criteria(say Account Number). Thought of Rich text but the problem with that is there will be quite a number of different templates based on the Account Number. So, if there is any way to dynamically present the specific template to the user which user can update .
