As manager, unable to view correct data of employees in Team skill center

Summary:

HI All,

When logged in as manager, the employee data for "Skills developing and skills attained" data is not matching the data manager is viewing on Team skill center, when clicked on any employee reporting to him. we also ran "propagate dynamic skills" process

Can someone please advice what mistake we might be doing?
