Flexible Presence in HCM

Summary:

Hello everyone,

We would like to share a functional scenario and understand how other Oracle customers or Oracle experts have addressed it in their implementations.
In our organization, we are analyzing how to manage flexible presence scenarios such as Smart Remote, temporary remote work, business travel, or other periods where the employee continues actively working outside their usual work location.

These scenarios do not represent:- traditional absences (such as vacation or leave), nor- permanent changes to the employee’s work modality,
since the employee remains actively employed and continues performing their duties, although under specific conditions related to location, duration, and approvals.
