PerformanceGoalRespApprovalNotificationReport not returning data after passing the transaction_id?

Hi Team,
Experiencing issues customizing the seeded notification (PerformanceGoalRespApprovalNotificationReport) triggered for manager approval when a worker adds, updates, or completes a goal. Using the seeded report PerformanceGoalRespApprovalNotificationReport but find that after passing the transaction_id, the data model returns no data. Have not modified the data model and are using it as provided. I want to modify the data model as per the requirement.

the requirement is to add one additional column goal completion percentage in the template.
