Hide Upload Cover Letter on Job Application Flow

We are trying to remove the Upload Cover Letter block from Job Application flow and couldn't find any setting related to this in the Block Properties.

Could you please let us know if this is something an option to remove it from the JAF?

If not, is there any workaround customers are currently following to hide the block?

Could you please assist us on this.
