Line manager unable to view data in Workforce Profiles - Person Profile Real Time

Summary:

We created a dashboard for Line Managers to view the status of their employees licenses and certifications statuses. They can see the data in the UI without an issue but when pulling the dashboard, they are getting "The specified criteria didn't result in any data". We know the Line Manager we are testing with has direct reports displaying in this dashboard but are unable to pin point what role or privilege is needed to show the information. IT and HR have no issues viewing the dashboard.
