Team Activity Centre - Pinned Quick Action Settings Not Being Retained

Hi,

Has anybody experienced difficulties with Oracle Fusion remembering pinned quick actions within Team Activity Centre?

We appear to be able to pin quick actions as desired, but when a user logs in after rebooting their PC, the pinned actions have all been reset to default.

Is anybody aware if this is a known bug and if there is a fix available/imminent?
