SRs newly created under the My Help tile aren't visible under the My Help & HR Service Request tiles
Summary:
When creating a new Service Request under the My Help tile, the newly created SR is not visible in the My Help tile nor under the HR Service Request tile.
However, Service Requests created under the HR Service Request tile are visible.
Notes:
- We have just enabled the HR Help Desk offering and not sure what needs to be turned on for this issue
- We have the following roles when doing our initial config:
— Human Resource Help Desk Administrator
— Next Gen Human Resource Help Admin
— Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk Agent
— Next Gen Human Resource Help Desk User
