Is 26A feature "Create Purchase Agreement Changes as a Buyer" applicable to CPA

When testing new 26A feature "Create Purchase Agreement Changes as a Buyer", I notice there is no edit option for CPAs. Does this feature only apply to BPA or is there additional set up needed for CPA?
