Notify buyer when the agreement is going to expire

Summary: I need to notify buyer when the Agreement is going to expire. I configured a Agreement Control area and select the Expired with 90 days in advance.

Do I need to Schedule any Process?

I was reading a few notes that mention that Oracle does not send notification to the Belt or Email. I saw it in the dashboard but not in a notificaiton.

Any answer for this question?
