Supplier Remittance email is not delivering when "From Email" setup with non oracle domain
Summary:
We have a requirement to send emails with attachment for the supplier remittance advises.
We have configured Payment Process Profile and added an email address to Supplier Site payment attributes for the SRA setup. We also configured the Manage Disbursement System Options. When we keep the "From Email" field with the non-oracle domain email address, emails are not delivering. If we keep Oracle domain email address (e.g. accounts@oracle.com), emails are getting delivered.
Currently we are in the testing phase of this requirement. How can we keep the business email address which is non-oracle domain, in the "From Email" field and emails can be delivered?
