Unable to reassign PO approval

Summary:

We are encountering an error when attempting to reassign Purchase Order.

When trying to reassign a PO approval to another approver, we receive the following error:

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: oracle.bpel.services.workflow.WorkflowException, msg=exception.type: ERROR exception.severity: 2 exception.name: Invalid action on workflow task or user does not have privilege to perform this action. exception.description: Action REASSIGN on task 73c19acb-a6e2-4bdd-addc-598991d902ec cannot be performed by fusion_apps_hcm_soa_appid. exception.fix: Make sure that the action is valid with respect to the current state of the task or ensure that the user has privilege to perform this action on the workflow task.
