Unable to send multiple reminders of request for infomation

in Human Capital Management

Hi All,

When user does request information for a claimed task, we want multiple reminders to be sent to the assignee for request info.

We have configured below setup in the system, on checking the behaviour of the notification, we could observe that the claimed task or approval being sent is having multiple reminders as expected. For request info, only 1 reminder notification gets triggered, no further reminder notification is being triggered by the system. Please let us know how to trigger multiple reminders for request info.
