How can we remove the pop‑up notification that appears when the hiring manager is changed?

Hi Team,

When recruiters create a requisition or change the hiring manager, we receive the pop‑up message shown in the attached screenshot. We would like to remove this notification. Could someone please assist us with disabling it?
