Document record header shows an old position

In HCM, when I go to Me > Document Records, the employee's name and position are displayed under the "Document Records" heading. The problem is that the position shown is not the current position; it's a previous one.

And the strange thing is that this only happens with employees who have held other positions previously. For employees with only one position, the heading shows their current position.

Why does this happen?
