Clarification on Planner Code functionality for planned orders released as WO from Supply Plan vs PR

Hello we need some clarification on Planner Code functionality for planned orders released as Work Order to MFG from Supply Plan vs planned orders released as Purchase Requisitions to Procurement.

When we release planned orders from the supply plan to Procurement, the purchase requisition takes the requester (employee) name linked to the planner code that is associated with the item-org in Product Hub regardless of who releases the supply plan. This is great.

For planned orders that are released from the supply plan as Work Orders, the 'Created By' against the Work Order in Manufacturing module shows as the user that released the supply plan and not the employee linked to the planner code.
