Oracle EPM Data exchange, Ignoring all the data in mappings but the job fails

In EPM data exchange, I see that the job fails if all the data are ignored as per the mappings, Is there a way it could give a warning or make it sucessfully instead of failing so that user knows that there is nothing wrong with the integration.
