We are implementing a custom background check integration from Oracle HCM Cloud (Recruiting/Onboarding) to ADP using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). As part of this integration, we need to identify the appropriate trigger point when a candidate is ready to be sent for background check.

We would like to confirm the following:

Does Oracle HCM Cloud provide any seeded Atom Feed or Business Event that is published when a candidate becomes eligible or ready for background check submission (for example, based on recruiting or onboarding milestones/status changes)?
