26A Feature Source Master Items Using Supplier Item Not Working

Summary:

I have enabled the process master items and agreement lines using a punchout feature to test this new feature per Oracle documentation

But this is not providing BPA information as intended. I have verified punchout item has the manufacturer info that matches our item master and the BPA line. Why is the requisition still not showing BPA matched data?
