The Authors, Coordinator and Instructor dropdown or search is not working in Redwood Self paced

Hi Expert,

We are currently in the testing phase for the enabled Redwood Self-Paced module. While testing the collaborator section, we observed that the Authors, Coordinator, and Instructor fields are not functioning properly. No data is displayed, and the dropdown menus are also unresponsive for the specific user and the others user are able to search in the dropdown field. Could you please confirm if there are any additional steps required to enable these dropdowns or needed to add privilege or run processes? This clarification would greatly assist us in completing our testing. Thank you.
