OIC Gen3 - Read File Activity Getting Stuck

Summary:

We are encountering an issue while using the Read File in Segments activity in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Specifically, we are trying to read a file of approximately 500MB in size, with a batch size of 1500.

The integration starts processing correctly and reads a few segments successfully. However, in some cases, it gets stuck partway through the reading process and does not proceed further. Eventually, the integration times out and fails without completing the file read.

• Has anyone else observed a similar issue with large files and segmented reading in OIC?
• Are there any known limits, bugs, or best practices
