Request to Customize Employee Dashboard Page to Display Key HR Information

Hi Everyone,

We have a requirement to modify and enhance the employee dashboard/homepage in Oracle Fusion HCM. When an employee logs in to the Oracle Fusion application, the dashboard should display additional HR information. Specifically, we want to configure or personalize the dashboard to include the following:

  1. Employee Photograph
  2. Employee Assignment Information (job, position, department, grade, etc.)
  3. Absence Balance and Absence Details
  4. Journey related Information

Our requirement is to have all the above details visible on the dashboard immediately when the employee logs in.
Please advise on how we can implement this dashboard enhancement within Oracle Fusion HCM.
