How to add Supplier Variable in Negotiation Terms & Conditions from Conf Proc Biz Function Task ?

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement to show the Supplier Name in the Negotiation Terms and Conditions that the supplier must accept before viewing the negotiation.

We went to: Configure Procurement Business Function → Define Negotiation Terms and Conditions

In the Terms and Conditions, we added the variable: {@Supplier Name @}

However, when the supplier opens the negotiation, the system shows the variable text ({@Supplier Name @}) instead of the actual Supplier Name.

Could you please confirm:

• Are variables supported in Negotiation Terms and Conditions?
• If yes, what is the correct variable to use for Supplier Name?
• If not, is there any alternative solution?
