Dynamically update formula

If I am using a formula in a column referencing Row 1. For example in Column B i am using [1]/100.

Now row 1 is enabled for zoom, so i want when it is zoomed the corresponding values from the rows are picked for the formula, but it picks the value at the top parent level. How do i achieve the same?
