Business Title derived from Business Unit in Oracle HCM

Hi everyone,

in our Oracle HCM implementation, the Business Title is currently defaulted from the Job/Position.
We would like to understand whether it is possible to derive the Business Title from the Business Unit, or if there is any supported configuration (for example via Experience Design Studio or business rules) to achieve similar behavior.

Has anyone already faced this requirement or identified a recommended workaround?
