MSSQL to EPM Planning Agent Integration not working after updating to jdk-17.0.18

Summary:

We upgraded the Java version, which is causing our Integration from Microsoft SQL to our EPM Planning application to no longer work. Initially, we were on the Java 1.8.0_471, with AgenParams.ini parameter set to CUSTOM_CLASS_PATH=D:\Apps\Oracle\EPMAgent\lib\mssql-jdbc-6.4.0.jre8.jar, and the integration works fine.

When we upgraded Java, and updated the JAVA_HOME variable, and the CUSTOM_CLASS_PATH within AgenParams.ini file to the corresponding .jar version:

JDK Version: jdk-17.0.18
JAVA_HOME=C:\Program Files\Java\jdk-17.0.18
CUSTOM_CLASS_PATH=D:\Apps\Oracle\EPMAgent\lib\mssql-jdbc-13.2.1.jre11.jar

the Agent log contains this error:
