We would like to better understand how global transfer and global temporary assignment processes are managed in Oracle HCM.
For example, if an employee from Italy is transferred to Spain, the Italian HR who initiates the action may not have visibility of the Spanish-specific information required to complete the process.
How is this scenario typically handled from a global HR perspective in Oracle?
Are there any best practices or configuration examples available?
Additionally, is it possible for the process to be initiated by the Italian HR and then continued/completed by the Spanish HR within the same transaction?
