DFF Values Not Propagated to Transfer Orders After Supply Plan Release

We are using attribute-based planning along with project details, and the following setups have been completed.
DFF has been set up for Sales Orders, Work Orders, and Transfer Orders.Planning attribute setups have been completed.Netting rules have been set up for DFF attributes and project details.The netting rule has been assigned to the supply plan.Target refresh and plan refresh have been run with current data.
Plan output: The DFF value is set in the Sales Order and Planned Order; however, the DFF value is not passed to the Transfer Order after it is released from the supply plan.
