Restrict EMployee from viewing Me > Submitted Applications > View Manager Profile

When employee submits a job application, we want to restrict them from viewing this:
we DO NOT want our employee to have the ability to VIEW HIRING MANAGER's PRofile when submitting application in oppt marketplace
