Business ID Cards directly from Oracle Fusion HCM

Has anyone successfully generated Business ID Cards directly from Oracle Fusion HCM?

I created a query to retrieve the employee image (Base64 and URL), name, and person number. However, the issue arises when generating the PDF — since the company uses a predefined template, I’m unable to properly overlay the images in the BI Publisher layout or in Word.

When generating the XSL, I pass the company template in Base64, but during rendering it loses the PNG placeholder where the employee photo should appear.

I’ve already tried working with both RTF and XSL templates, but I haven’t been able to achieve the expected result.
