Anyone else getting "Error response during RestAction" error on Approval Rules Redwood page?

After 26A update this past weekend, Transaction Console has transitioned to Redwood Experience by default, which isn't an issue, however when trying to access Approval Rules → Configure Rules

Users are receiving the usual rest errors (so frustrating that the seeded roles, which is what we are using, do not get updated with the appropriate REST privileges!!).

Has anyone else had this issue and figured out what the missing privileges are? It would save all of us a lot of time if this info could be included in the release notes…This is a recurring issue when implementing Redwood.
