Absence Validation FF not working from HDL

Summary:

A Fast Formula was created to validate absences. The rule is that if the employee is a nurse, the system allows you to register absences from INC. (sick leave) under the employee's name, and it works correctly. However, when you try to register the absence via HDL (Hydrographically Dependent Leave), it ends in the error ANC- NUMBER EMPLOYEE: FUSION_APPS_HCM_ESS_LOADER_APPID POSITION: TYPE OF ABSENCE: INC. GENERAL ILLNESS. When the validation rule is removed, it works correctly.
