COD Exceptions Report not generating in OAS

Hello,

We recently had planned maintenance completed by Oracle to our Production environment on February 3rd 2026 between 1 and 3 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Since this maintenance was completed, we have been unable to run the COD Exceptions Report in OAS. It is a seeded report from Oracle that we run (non-customized) on a daily basis to track any COD origination messages that were not received after we have sent our disbursement and origination requests. We have also another customized report that has been timing out as well due to size even though we are still able to run other
