Supply Plan- Allow editing private plans but not public plans
Summary:
How can we create a user role (or whatever) that allows
- A user to copy a global-Public plan into a private plan and make as many changes as desired, But not be able to make any changes to the global-Public plan
- Allow a few attributes to be editable in the global-public plan (E.g. simulation set) and be able to re-run the plan .
- Allow users to only 'Re-run with 'do not refresh from current data' .
If we remove 'Edit plan options' priv from the role - It takes away all of the above abilities. Basically user cannot create a new plan either (whether using a copy or brand new)
