Change Assignment for below actions:

  • Suspension
    • Manager-initiated: Log in as Line manage and transact upon any of her direct reports. Do a change assignment with an action of suspend assignment.
      • Expected behavior: Should go to LM (approval) > Director (approval) > HR Ops Manager (FYI notification only)
    • HR-initiated: Log in as HR and transact upon any of the test users listed above.
      • Expected behavior: Should go to the line manager of the employee being transacted upon > then up the approval chain until it hits someone who is a director > HR Ops Manager (FYI notification only)
  • Demotion:
    • No pay rate change:
      • Manager-initiated: Log in as
