Run Reassign Pending Approvals for Terminations Process not working

Hello Everyone,

We have a situation where an employee initiated an approval workflow that is currently pending manager approval. However, during this approval process, the employee’s manager was changed. Importantly, the previous manager was not terminated.

I have attempted to run the "Run Reassign Pending Approvals for Terminations and Correct Invalid Supervisor Assignments" process, but the approval still remains assigned to the former manager.

Could you please advise if there are any additional steps I might be missing? Also, does this scheduled process only handle cases where the manager is terminated, and not when the manager is simply changed?
