Allow editing of activity name in OIC

Description (Required):
When developing OIC flows, OIC does not allow to edit the name of the activites.
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
Changing the name of the activity once created is very cumbersome. As of now the only way is to delete the activity and start from scratch.
