FYI Notification not going to representative for Change Position Workflow

Summary:

We are trying to make changes in workflow where in when initiated by a particular representative type the Change Position Should be auto approved and FYI notification should be sent to same set of representative once the transaction is all approved.

We were able to configure the workflow to be auto approved however the notification is not going to representatives once the transaction is approved and completed.
