Business objects pane not shown

Summary:

Hi, we are currently making a first extension in VBS. For this we are investigating how to make custom objects we can use in our extension.
In this documentation we see the option of creating business objects:

But in our VBS extension, we don't see the pane for Business Objects:

Are we missing something to have this pane accessible for us?
