AI Agent Documents not able to edit after published

Hello Reinventors

I recently facing an issue on AI Agent document update part

I set the status of the document ready to publish and run the Process agent documents process after that its get published but if i visit the same page again system not allow me to edit the same document from the Edit icon button.

However all AI Agent role will assign to my user as well still facing the issue.

if anyone face the same issue pls helping on it
