Is it possible to load projects in Submitted status in Oracle Fusion PPM using FBDI templates?

Hi Experts,

We are trying to load projects into Oracle Fusion PPM using the FBDI (File-Based Data Import) template.

Our requirement is to create projects directly in Submitted status through FBDI upload. However, we are not sure whether this is supported by the system.

If not, what is the standard behavior of project status during FBDI import?

Is there any Oracle documentation or MOS note that confirms this functionality or limitation?

Could you please provide your suggestions? Your help is greatly appreciated.
