During the application process, we ask applicants about their education history. If an applicant has not yet completed their degree, but are in theprocess of doing so, how is your company indicating that? Are you giving applicants the option to select 'pursuing Associate's" or "pursuing Bachelor's"? Do you give the option of having them select their education dates, with an end date of Ongoing? Thanks!
