We have a business process set up using object workflows for record creation and email-based approvals. The email has been made actionable, allowing approvers to take actions directly from the email.

Available Actions on Email:

Approve
Reject
Request More Info
The action values are updated in the heldEntityStatus field as follows:

For the Approve action, the field is updated to APPROVED.
For the Reject action, the field is updated to REJECTED.
If no action is taken, the field remains as APPROVALPENDING.
