Policy advisor document tools error even when published
Summary:
When copying/using default templates for policy advisor agents, we have successfully added documents to the related document tool, and published by running the scheduled process; however when speaking to the agent all tool calls to the document tool error. We've tried publishing documents of type PDF and TXT but neither has returned a response.
This is also happening for multiple policy advisor agents, not only the example shown below.
We've also run through the access requirements for Agent studio (Access Requirements for AI Agent Studio).
