UK Student Loan Plan 5 not Working

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

Hi,

We are getting a payroll error when a adding the new student loan plan 5 to a staff member.

I have ran the Feature Upgrade process for student loan as outlined in the release notes.

The Student loan was added from May 2026 so within the new tax year but we get an error saying the plan is not valid.

Is anyone else facing the same issue or know a fix?
