Standar functionality for promotional codes

Hi communtity,

I have a customer who has this scenario related with promotions:

On the order creation screen, there is an option to add promotion codes; however, when a code is entered, it does not have any impact on the order.

The codes intended to be applied correspond to the following promotions:
“For every 10 items purchased, 1 item is obtained at a price of one cent.”
“35% seasonal discount.”
“40% other discount.”

Could you please let us know whether these promotions are not being applied due to a configuration issue, so they should register a service request, or if this type of requirement is not supported by the system as part of its standard functionality?
