The approval emails include Approve and Reject buttons, and the URLs behind these buttons appear to reference an email-related service.
However, when an approver clicks either button:

A browser window opens
The page remains completely blank
No approval or rejection is registered in the system
The workflow cannot be completed from the email as intended
