We are trying to test SCP (planning redwood functionalities e.g. planning order release assistant) for which the docs mentioned to have certain duty roles via creating custom roles.
1. For this we tried Enable Permission Groups for the respective Pillar(SCM) . Enabled Profile "ORA_ASE_SAS_INTEGRATION_ENABLED= YES".

2. Also ESS jobs were completed "Import Resource Application Security Data", "Import User and Role Application Security Data". Post this I still do not see the "Enable Permission Groups " on seeded roles also when I try to create custom role system throws error and not able to create any custom role
