Apologies if this has been asked before!

Is there a way for OTBI to output a manager hierarchy in structured columns (1st column always contains people at a Manger level, 2nd at a Director level, 3rd at a CEO level for example)? If the employee whose hierarchy is being displayed reports directly to the CEO then the first 2 columns will be blank and the CEO's name will appear in the 3rd column. The current configuration in OTBI seems to be that whoever is the direct manager of the associate will always appear in the first column of the manager hierarchy. For someone that
